This is a good podcast for people for every day life. One of my weaknesses was procrastinating, but at times it saved me from anxiety down the line. It seems like Chris is a person of Faith and takes that natural approach, he doesn’t try to play a psychiatrist and go into medical terminology. What he does is capture how we feel and react with life. He also keeps his podcasts at a good time length. I think he is going to do well and help people enjoy their lives better too.
