Great content on this show, but the host speaks in a childish voice which is difficult to listen to
Very impressed with how natural Mamie is at guiding a conversation and inviting her guests to tell powerful stories. Great listen with tons of insights from leadership experts!
Love listening to these episodes and I find them not only insightful but also directly applicable. Mamie brings a great variety of guests to the show and asks thoughtful questions which make great conversations to listen to. Recommended listening for anyone developing their management style.
I've only been a manager for a few years and so I'm continuing to learn how to manage people, processes, and substantive matters. As a former litigation attorney who has transitioned to a non-legal role, I'm aware that lawyers tend to be terrible managers! This podcast has helped me tremendously.
I really wanted to like this podcast but the host ruins it. The constant vocal fry and uptalk is awful!
