I recommend it for any man looking for guidance on opening to his full self.
In a world that often pressures men to suppress their emotions and conform to outdated stereotypes of masculinity, The Vulnerable Man podcast offers a refreshing and empowering perspective. Hosted by Christopher, the podcast delves into the complexities of modern manhood, encouraging men to embrace vulnerability as a source of strength and connection.
Having worked with Keith Edwards (ep 69), having read Mark Greene (ep 66) and having watched Ashanti Branch (ep 61) on The Mask You Live in, I was struck by Christopher’s ability to host so many wonderful impactful people from the work in his show. The level of respect he would have to command to gather such a community is powerful.
After 25 years in the world of personal development and men’s work it’s easy to see who is teaching from a place of embodiment. Christopher does a fantastic job highlighting what men need to access and live from their authentic self. Keep up the great work.
What an incredibly powerful show. Thank you, Chris for offering. Just finished listening to Episode 005 with Kevin Riley and am so moved how honest it is. THANK YOU BOTH.
