As a pediatrician of 26 years, I unfortunately have seen an explosion of childhood obesity and I’m grateful for nutritional insights I’ve learned on this podcast and incorporated into my practice. Ty goes into great depth with his guests and I like how he periodically sums up what his guest had just expounded upon. Looking forward to the next one!
I applaud the initiative but am so far disappointed of the featured experts and the way topics are discussed in a somewhat one dimensional matter. Episode 2 features an MD not a researcher and is very biased towards pro-keto (which makes sense since the guest makes money on keto diet). I am so glad to have found this series of podcasts! Clear, useful information I can use in my daily life.
