I’ve never seen this show. I think I saw Phantom. Isn’t that the one where the chandelier gets top billing? I don’t really know much about this Composer of the production company.
It is a delight to listen to someone talk about something they love. Can’t wait till there’s a production of this show somewhere near me. I don’t know why but now that I’m done listening to the show I want to learn a lot more about Sondheim.
Wouldn’t it be amazing if some reporter someday had the actual balls to confront him in an interview with his behavior and see what he would say ? Obviously dreaming but hey nowdays with all of these type of things coming to light it gives hope.
This is one of the most compelling true stories of musical theatre, and Bob tells it with dignity, creativity, and most important . . . dish! Bravo, Bob! You are an inspiration!
