His youtube breakdowns are amazing. That directed me to this podcast. He interviews some of the most innovative minds in BJJ and martial arts. These conversations are highly innovative and will enhance the way you think about grappling arts.
Very awesome interviewer and guests!
The only thing I don’t like is the intro music ! But then I am old and miserable.
I am privileged to know and train with Sonny Brown. He is a highly skilled, open-minded and thoughtful MMA titleholder and Jiu Jitsu black belt.
Sonny has attracted a diverse range of guests, not the obvious celebrities (though Lachlan Giles and Craig Jones have been excellent guests), but all of them fascinating and compelling choices.
I am confident this will rapidly become one of the most popular and thought provoking martial arts podcasts in the observable universe.
If Joe Rogan and Lex Fridman had a love child with an Aussie accent, it would be Sonny Brown!
Sonny has a interesting and cerebral approach to martial arts training and history.
Very enjoyable chats.
