    The best podcast is the latest Chris Paines one on June 1st. Incredibly educational, eye-opening and the best reality check I’ve had! I used to think that I was the problem and couldn’t fit into what Chris has now confirmed for me was a toxic gym culture. I was constantly worried abt my own longevity on the mat!
