Very soothing & relaxing. Stumbled upon this podcast after visiting the Facebook page of the Dakota Spotlight podcast.
I’ve tried so many sleep podcasts and this is by far, my favorite!
This is wonderfully produced- just perfect! I have been falling asleep to DS for years- this is probably better for the psyche:). I have been forever searching for a sleepcast with talking and laughter in the distance- falling asleep in the 70s with my parents small outdoor dinner party lingering & the warmth of that memory- just an ask:)
It’s so hard to find a podcast that would calm me down and helps to relax. I love his voice and storytelling. highly recommended
Hands down the best sleep podcast I’ve ever listened to. Finally can get a good nights rest!!!!
