I’ve tried so many sleep podcasts and this is by far, my favorite!
This is wonderfully produced- just perfect! I have been falling asleep to DS for years- this is probably better for the psyche:). I have been forever searching for a sleepcast with talking and laughter in the distance- falling asleep in the 70s with my parents small outdoor dinner party lingering & the warmth of that memory- just an ask:)
It’s so hard to find a podcast that would calm me down and helps to relax. I love his voice and storytelling. highly recommended
