
At seven years old I walked into a gymnastics club for the very first time. I was hooked. For the next twenty one years, I dedicated my life to becoming an Olympic champion. I'm going to share with you the life lessons, experiences and stories that have shaped the man I am today. I'm now starting a new chapter in my life beyond my sporting career and look forward to bringing you along with me.

As a young gymnast it’s absolutely great to see how different superstars got into the sport
Sam thank you for your retrospectives and vulnerability. I grew up in the US system around the same time as you in the GB system (never to your level, I wish) and was chewed up and spit out. I hope your story helps young gymnasts in their career not repeat the mistakes made in our past.
FYI I had shoulder surgery 5 years ago and it was the best decision I’ve made. If you have a laparoscopic option take it. They can always do open shoulder later if you have an issue.
