  • Such an awesome podcast

Sam thank you for your retrospectives and vulnerability. I grew up in the US system around the same time as you in the GB system (never to your level, I wish) and was chewed up and spit out. I hope your story helps young gymnasts in their career not repeat the mistakes made in our past.

FYI I had shoulder surgery 5 years ago and it was the best decision I’ve made. If you have a laparoscopic option take it. They can always do open shoulder later if you have an issue.

  • Love the show

I love the show. I’ve been coaching for 30 years so it’s great the hear views form a modern coach. Bizarrely, my favourite episode was the one about you becoming a father. It was so similar to my journey and really good to hear someone talk about it.

  • Best Gymnastics content out there!⭐️

A brilliant podcast that talks about gymnastics and everything in between.

Getting insight interviews from legendary gymnasts to inspiring storytelling. This really is my favorite podcast and would recommend to every gymnastics geek out there.

My current favorite episodes has to be one of the interviews with Fred and Felix. Also love the inspiring storytelling from sam’s olympic career and the predictions for the coming olympics. Keep up the amazing content.

  • Great Monday Morning Listen.

Absolutely blown away how much I enjoy listening to Sam and watching his gymnastics. Whether it’s a guest or just him, there’s always something that any gymnast can relate to and take away from each podcast. From EP.67, Sam’s advice on sore hands and placing them in ice greatly benefits someone like me who particuarly enjoys swinging apparatus and struggles each training session with rips and burning hands. Sam brings some very valuable information to the sport through these episodes overall ma... more
