This is a very interesting podcast about how experiences are created and how this reflects on your relationships. These great interviews done by Ankush gave me very deep insights on how thoughts work and how they make you feel. It changed my life since I now know how to relax in my relationship. This was my introduction to the 3 principle theory that also made my life a bit lighter. Thanks Ankush!
I absolutely love listening to these podcasts. They always have something valuable to teach me about the relationships in my life, whether that’s with my fiancé, my children or someone I just met on the street.
I listen to them driving to and from work and the only bad thing is when I reach work before an episode has finished!
Would love for you to create more.
Ankush has an incredible relationship forrmat with incredible guests! One of the most insightful podcasts out there.
Am absolutely loving these podcasts.
Some really big names from the 3principles community.
All delivered in a friendly and informal style.
Each one has given me some true insights about my own life and connecting with people genuinely.
I usually listen at bedtime and they are like having a bedtime story read to me :-) comforting, wise and calming.
Keep it up and many, many thanks
