If the guy had any insight that was original and actually educated himself on #metoo and listened to actors’ insights and did the right or any deep research this podcast would be a good delivery but right now it’s a good idea and a poor and culturally tone-deaf delivery of two white guys being okay with their lack of caring about the societal context of the films then and now and any care about POC, women, queer characters. Painfully tone deaf podcast.
This podcast is truly entertaining if you’re interested in critically acclaimed movies. Dave is knowledgeable about the films he discusses and the actors who are in them. Worth binging and watching the movies along with this show.
