I love how Sam keeps 100% her brand and ethos - Real. Talking to the most amazing athletes and sports people. Giving us access and real insights into the mindsets trials and tribulations. What it takes and what it means to get to and be at the top. Warts and all. Inspiring, moving, motivating AND REAL

I’m not massively into sport if I’m honest, but I really love this podcast. I love understanding the mindset and struggles of these athletes and took so much away in how I can improve myself and even add some of these thoughts to business. An easy listen and Sam has a great rapport with these guests...just a nice chatty vibe

My favourite so far is Kevin Clifton’s interview - great hearing about backstage Strictly but also Sam and Kevin’s conversation about whether ballroom dancing is a sport or art ….really interesting and love Sam’s laid back interview style! Can’t wait for more!

I grew up swimming and listening to Sam interview was Rebecca was so insightful. She asks such insightful questions, builds relationships and really brings it to live and gives such helpful insightful take aways you can apply to yourself. Can't recommend enough. Definatly on my must listen to list.
