I love the positivity that comes through from both Shona and the amazing women she interviews in this podcast. One really moving point, particularly from Lucy and Carla, is the power of being yourself. Sometimes we as women think we have to fit in a rigid corporate box to get ahead, so it’s special to hear that these leaders capitalised on their unique attributes to really get to the top of their game.
I love these podcasts, they are masterclasses that remind us of the tools we can access during difficult and ‘normal’ times. Shona’s insight and positivity provide a great frame to hear from people we would never usually have access to, discussing careers, strategies and decision-making balanced with everyday life. A must listen-to for anyone at any stage of their career. Thank you Shona.
An informal chat between two women, sharing tips and advice for other women. What’s not to love?! Great first episode. Looking forward to the next one.
The podcast was full of energy and enthusiasm which I found very motivating. Very honest and open with excellent tips shared. Thank you.
Shona has such energy and passion for supporting women. This shines through in every medium. Wonderful to have a forum to showcase and raise the visibility of female role models in business. Well done Shona!
Fantastic podcast Shona .i listened to this at 02.30 am wide awake! Left me feeling positive, and feeling I should do more! You are the perfect host, upbeat, inspiring and full of knowledge. Lucy your guest was fantastic . Again up beat, encouraging and full of positivity with some useful tips overcoming your own self doubt .....I want to hear from this Frank guy next!! 🤗
Shona really knows her stuff, this pod cast is worth checking out.
Shona’s positive conversations with successful, yet relatable, women are great. The conversations focus on so many key questions I’ve been asking myself, and open up for a more organic understanding of the psychological principles that fuel success. Highly recommend!
