I love how the hosts give examples from their lives and do so with humanity and vulnerability. We need more of this in the world. I’ve definitely been struggling with everything going on these days, and I feel more grounded after listening to these two. Highly recommend!
I LOVE this podcast, and listen while walking, driving, drifting off to sleep…SO inspiring that I often want to call them to say, SO TRUE what you just said. They remind me of things I once longed for and then became gave up on in discouragement, and feel like they’re reading my mind sometimes, saying what I’m dreaming of, or afraid of…so PLEASE, Ladies, keep going…there are listeners who need your Hearts-Eye-View!!!
Christy and Briana G are very engaging hosts. Enjoy listening to their conversations regarding positive views in a very practical way. Great job you guys!
In a world full of negativity and discouragement it is nice to take a break from it time to time and to remind ourselves to reframe. After all, perception is reality. Briana and Christy share interesting personal viewpoints and their great senses of humor while exploring sometimes difficult subjects to be honest about with the world. I look forward to future episodes.
Love the metaphor of the quicksand, and the freeing sensation of not struggling against the challenge, but relaxing into it. Great insights!
