I downloaded this because I was looking for creator advice, but it turns out that it’s been general awesome life advice for me. It makes sense, since of course my creativity should be a huge part of my life, but before this I bought of it as something I did on the side when “real life” wasn’t in the way. How sad. This podcast has helped me shift that way of thinking, and this enjoy life more!
I am not a huge consumer of podcasts. But the episodes I have stumbled upon of the Portfolio life are truly helping me shift my perspectives about how I spend my time, how I view my talents and how I plan my schedule. I can’t wait to keep learning and growing as I listen to Jeff and his brilliant colleagues in these episodes.
I’ve been following Jeff and listening to his podcast for the past year—since my writing dream resurrected. His messages inspire me and and challenge me to think of my creative art in out-of-the-box ways. I owe much to him. Each time, he brings me back to the heart and art of writing. His podcast on the three stages of transaction, compromise, and gift is insightful and full of experience and words of wisdom.
