The Other Stories showcases new, emerging, and struggling writers. They read their fiction aloud, and we interview them about their writing life and about the particular piece of fiction they read. We compose a unique musical score for each individual piece of fiction. Music to your ears - literally.

I have no interest in a podcast hosted by someone who would brag about trying to cause trouble during a rebellion. Grow up and stop playing with swords.
Very imaginative short stories. Innovative in how story topics are chosen with listener votes, and stories are selected based on subject; e.g., "gods" was chosen during a previous season. Some of my personal favorites came out of that topic! A must hear for story lovers. ?

I enjoy hearing about the path other authors tread. It's encouraging to identify with their in-transit-to-success stories - to hear their works (or works in progress), the beauty in their creativity, the lilt of their writing voice, and the uniqueness of their not-yet-popularly-heard words.
This point of this podcast is to give new and emerging writers a voice in an already crowded marketplace, and it does so with grace and style. Not to mention the custom music compositions for each story are top notch.
