This podcast gives me life!!!!
I really enjoy this podcast. It’s not fancy, it’s not done by a celebrity or a life coach with several books published, but by a wonderful self-made woman, still in the process of discovery, still learning, but with a life energy that is contagious. I’m in a really low place at the moment, but her voice, her non-patronising tone, her energetic but kind approach is helping me stay alive. I hope she keeps the podcasts coming.
Love her voice, the topics she covered are extremely relevant to everyone. I especially love the tone in which she discusses every topic: not preachy, zero patronising, casual yet empowering, conversational but super inspirational. Worth a listen
This podcast has gotten me hooked on podcasts. Willing to dish out some hard truths, she's an amazing speaker, has some great topics, and I can't wait to see what else she dishes.
She speaks like a best friend would, not holding anything back and making you look at different sides.
Cannot recommend enough!
Have a listen to this. Bangs' podcast makes me want to improve myself and helps me get there. With easy to listen to, bite size podcasts on topics like 'being a morning person' or 'defining you' Bangs brings self improvement down to earth and easy for anyone to understand and manage. In fact you may not realise until it's too late that you've absorbed some fab knowledge! Her tone and delivery is like having a friend have a frank chat with you over a coffee. Perfect for the commute to work.
This is a great wee blog - my weekly reminder to check in with myself. Bangs has a no nonsense style that really strikes a chord with me, and she covers lots of relevant topics that are relevant to the daily grind and puts some no BS perspective on them.
Totally on point.
This is for anyone who has been scared to make big decisions and looking to hear stories of those who took the leap. Great to have a strong opinionated woman at the helm. Listen and subscribe
Loved it, defo worth a listen. Loved the visuals that you get when listening on the Acast app. Keep it up!
