What happened to Jess and Jean. They used to create a gentle and healthy meditation. I feel more wound from listening to current episodes. Sad.
Used to be the best meditations but completely inaccessible. No point in having a podcast if nobody can listen to a podcast
These meditations are hugely meaningful to me. And I would like to thank Jesse for being so vulnerable about his mental health. I am so sorry that someone who has helped me so much is struggling too. My Dad is in palliative care and I have long Covid. I did a meditation today to activate my parasympathetic nervous system and it helped me get through today.
I loved the colors for sleeping meditation and Jeane’s voice was great.I used it for my toddler to sleep…he’s 14 now and asked ‘what happened to Jeane?’ I hope she is well and makes her own podcast and posts the old ones with her voice.
I wish I knew why all the old episodes are missing. There was a really good one for sleeping that involved visualizing colors and that episode used to be the only thing that would snap me out of insomnia.
