Superb ! Excellent mind strengthening! Just the right amount of time because I get overwhelmed with lengthy informative, educational podcast and this is just right
I find that there is way too much talking *about* meditation and not enough *doing* it in this podcast. I find that after the barrage of words, I still need to go meditate! The content is great, after the 3-4 minute intro that is repeated each episode, but it’s not spacious enough for me.
The intro of this is absolutely ridiculously long and then this doctor comes on, and I don’t think he’s doing a meditation. What a waste of six minutes of my life that I will never get back.
The grunting sound that Mark Bertin makes is the most disturbing thing I have heard on a podcast
I want to love this podcast. I love the concept. However, 12 minute meditations are usually more like 7 or 8 minute meditations after the intro. While the intro can be helpful, the actual meditation should be a full 12 minutes. And, of course, some guests are much better than others. Sometimes the audio seems a bit off…
