I love this podcast! Karena’s voice is soothing & the pace is perfect. I like that the ads come at the beginning and not in the middle of the meditation, like some other meditations out there. The havening touch has been a game-changer for me. The episodes of varying lengths give me options for whatever fits into my day. Thank you for this valuable content!
I absolutely love the vibe from this podcast. Karena, you can tell you love what you do and you truly want to help others. Thank you for sharing your wisdom with us . I am a regular listener and can’t wait to see where your work takes me.
After a beautiful meditation, which totally calmed my nervous system, I get a super loud ad, which makes me almost jump out of my skin! So much for nervous system, calming! I get that podcast or have to make a living, but can't you put the loud ads before the meditation?
Love listening to her voice when I can. Love these practices as well. Especially for someone who wants to do all the things and modalities, this is a great way for me to access somatic work for free and add this to my village of support internally. ❤️
I absolutely love receiving these meditations in my inbox weekly. I share them with clients and friends and really enjoy those somatic practices that are shared.

This series centers on guided somatic meditations designed to regulate the nervous system and foster embodied self-awareness. Episodes frequently teach Havening, If-formations, and other body-centered tools to release trapped emotions, ease stress, and deepen self-compassion. A recurring blend of practical technique, introspection, and community offerings (memberships, retreats, mini-courses) is paired with occasional sponsor reads and cross-promotions. A distinctive thread is the emphasis on compassionate self-work, belonging, and integrating practices into daily life, with Costa Rica retreats and a welcoming, warm instructional tone that has built a supportive learning community.
