I really wanted to listen to their opinion on Amazon QX for TV but this show really is about Evan making all of his points and then when those are not accepted, they just need to be restated like they are the number one imperative of the show
Evan’s smart & perceptive, but he often interrupts Marion when she’s speaking. This is a new show, so they’re still figuring out their rhythm, but this happens every episode, usually multiple times. Marion knows her stuff just as well as Evan, and he needs to stop cutting her off.

Really interesting news and comment on media and tech with perspectives from both sides of the pond. Certainly worth 30 mins of your time.
I follow Evan in his substack so I am sure this will be an excellent podcast, and I know Marion will be great also. Looking forward to first broadcast on Jan 2.

Two industry veterans dissect today's media landscape with sharp, often provocative takes. Episodes commonly center on media economics, streaming dynamics, creator economy, public broadcasting, and the shift toward multi‑platform strategies. The format blends candid analysis with practical implications for publishers, platforms, advertisers, and content creators, frequently featuring guests who illuminate technology, strategy, and policy shaping the ecosystem. A notable strength is the pair's ability to translate complex trends into actionable insights, while occasionally sparring to challenge each other's viewpoints, which some listeners find engaging and others find polarizing.
