Matt is sad about the Knicks but the guys gush about great the playoffs have been in both the NHL and the NBA.
Also Bob has a big World Cup announcement.
Bob was right about taking Brunson over Wemby ... at least for now. Matt is over the moon and also enjoys just ketchup on his hot dog.
Matt and Bob preview the NHL & NBA Finals ... Plus the worst heckle Matt ever did at a game.
‘Star Wars’ vs. ‘Lord of the Rings’ to start the Podcast … don’t worry they transition to sports soon after.
How do make an excellent podcast even better? Call it New and publish regularity twice a week. The boys have never been more on their games, sports, current events, media and fun jam packed into 45 minutes
If Joe Rogan was Canadian he’d listen to this podcast.
My favourite podcast; nothing smarter about sports
Love the show guys, listening to every episode
Take care
The macko and cauz show was the first sports talk radio I really enjoyed while it was on Tsn 1050. This podcast is very important to me because I love Toronto sports but I live in NY and I get the native Torontonian perspective on the games, people and places. Great job guys.

Two entertaining Canadian sports hosts mix high-energy banter with deep dives into hockey, basketball, and broader pop culture. Episodes mix analysis, takes on teams and players, with frequent humor, personal stories, and light banter that ranges from travel to wine. Noteworthy are strong Toronto-area perspectives, cross-sport comparisons, and a casual, opinionated style that keeps conversations dynamic and accessible for listeners who enjoy smart sports talk with personality.
Potential listeners may appreciate the lively, unscripted vibe, the blend of sports insight and everyday life anecdotes, and the approachable banter that suits casual listening or sponsor-friendly guest spots.
