As a solopreneur, I’m always looking for ways to market my brand and grow my business. Jocelyne is extremely knowledgeable and I love her story of becoming a CEO in a very non-linear way. I loved Episode 25 about how to use storytelling effectively and Episode 22 about being an unapologetic solopreneur. I’m transitioning from a stay-at-home-mom to solopreneur and I keep telling myself that I am building a legit business - not just spending time on a hobby- and I am worthy of sharing it with othe... more
The biggest takeaway from this show was be intentional with my time. I love how Jocelyne discusses her experience of joining a business book club, and the accountability this brought. When we are intentional with our time we manage to achieve so much more.
With so many business podcasts dedicated to getting sales and growing your bottom line, we need more podcasts like this that dig into the other half of the equation - leading a highly effective team. Jocelyne is highly knowledgeable and speaks from her her personal experience investing in and training up team members. A perfect podcast for busy leaders that want to sharpen their skills!
Jocelyne does a nice job presenting her experience and ideas and concepts of entrepreneurship running a business very easy to listen to and understandable. I am a new business owner and know nothing about running a business and I learned quite a few things in just a few episodes that I would’ve never learned. Otherwise, great job, Jocelyn.
This podcast had many great ideas for managing employees and would be useful for anyone in human resources. I might have enjoyed some more stories to illustrate the principles being taught but the principles themselves are sound and useful.
