I listen to all The Long Term Investor episodes and I greatly enjoyed listening to his most recent interview with Carl Richards. During the conversation they discuss how someone’s money goal is not a fixed target and is fluid throughout their lives. Peter is an excellent interviewer who keeps me entertained and looking forward to the next episode!
I’ve been listening to finance podcasts for 20 years, and Peter’s is a breath of fresh air.
Many finance and investing podcasts leave much to be desired as far as accurate information and the ones from actual CFPs are either too boring or cookie cutter.
The long term investor podcast is informative, entertaining and very actionable. Plus the episodes are a manageable 30-40 minutes not an hours long marathons like some others.

Peter is excellent as simplifying complex investment topic. His podcast covers topics that find very helpful as I plan for my retirement.
I always look forward to this weekly podcast. As others have noted in their reviews, Peter’s topics are always covered in a clear, concise and efficient manner. Episodes with interviews are always subject matter experts that are both interesting and insightful. Last thing…the linked show notes are top notch (about the best of any podcast I listen to…much more than just a printed transcript with a few article links). Thanks Peter!
The long-term investor is one of my favorite financial podcasts. I am getting ready for retirement and have been listening to a lot of financial podcasts. Peter gives great information. I love the varied topics and the guests that he has on I really enjoyed the recent one with Karl Richards.
