Came here to take a deep dive in the Illuminatus! Trilogy. They have definitely said a lot of words but I have learned almost nothing. It’s like it’s all preamble. Very little substance. In a word: boring.
It is also the case that Pennsylvania only sold liquor in State Stores, so you either went to Jersey (where the drinking age was 18 for a time in the 70s as well) or a bar.
