  • Thank you for your insights

As a Christian evangelical Zionist, thank you for upholding our shared biblical values. I’m okay with Tucker hating us, a little dismayed by squishes like Megan, Michael K, et al., but very few R. Catholic understand how Israel has several promises yet to be fulfilled, and the G-d of Abraham, Isaac & Jacob plans to fulfill those promises. Including Davidic rule for ever, from the Messiah who is from the root of Jesse.

  • Minnesota Nice (Not)

AG Ellison is not the guy to ask about the Constitution, as demonstrated by recent comments. He is entangled in the Somali fraud, having been an outspoken advocate for the Feeding Our Children program. He also recently stated that he has done enough to fight fraud in Minnesota — despite the fact that it’s been alleged for about 10 years, and only the Feds have actually done anything about it.

  • Video audio is terrible

Josh, your microphone and the sound of your voice has been de-balled on the videos. Your sound engineer is sabotaging you please put the sound back in your voice. It’s almost unbearable to listen to. It’s just a hollow echo in the distance.

Talking Points

Recent interactions between the hosts and their guests.

Schumer and Jeffries Versus We the People
Q: Could there be a bipartisan product, given Schumer's recent concession on voter ID?
Yes, Schumer's concession could open space for negotiations and a negotiated package that gains broader support, though it would require compromises and strategic votes in the Senate.
Schumer and Jeffries Versus We the People
Q: Where do things stand in the Senate regarding the Save America Act right now?
The bill has moved to the floor via a privileged House submission; Republicans are debating strategies, including amendments, with an eye toward a potential 60-vote outcome through negotiation.
Epic Fury And The MAGA End Game
Q: What is the actual end game here?
Rich Goldberg outlines a framework where success would involve Iran losing its air defenses, achieving air superiority for the U.S. and its allies, degrading missile and naval capabilities, and potentially paving the way for a regime transition that aligns with U.S. interests, while acknowledging that long-term outcomes could vary and may involve continued containment or leadership changes.
Trump’s Iran Operation Is Legal, Just, and Overdue
Q: What is your view as to how the mainstream view of needing a formal declaration of war before engaging hostilities emerged and why?
Yoo explains that the 'declare war' requirement largely evolved as a post-Vietnam era scholarly consensus, driven by liberal critics who argued for formal declarations, but historical practice prior to and during earlier conflicts allowed presidents to engage militarily without a prior declaration.
Trump’s Iran Operation Is Legal, Just, and Overdue
Q: So can you kind of just give us a constitutional separation of powers when it comes to war powers for dummies, if you will?
John Yoo argues that historical practice shows presidents have long acted in foreign affairs with Congress providing checks after the fact, and that the executive branch is designed for rapid response, while Congress can restrict or end actions through funding and oversight.
