  • A joke

This guy, and his fellow people, are trying to divide Christians and Muslims. This is so a certain country can come out on top. How many wars does America have to fight for your real country ?

  • Thank you for your insights

As a Christian evangelical Zionist, thank you for upholding our shared biblical values. I’m okay with Tucker hating us, a little dismayed by squishes like Megan, Michael K, et al., but very few R. Catholic understand how Israel has several promises yet to be fulfilled, and the G-d of Abraham, Isaac & Jacob plans to fulfill those promises. Including Davidic rule for ever, from the Messiah who is from the root of Jesse.

  • Minnesota Nice (Not)

AG Ellison is not the guy to ask about the Constitution, as demonstrated by recent comments. He is entangled in the Somali fraud, having been an outspoken advocate for the Feeding Our Children program. He also recently stated that he has done enough to fight fraud in Minnesota — despite the fact that it’s been alleged for about 10 years, and only the Feds have actually done anything about it.

Talking Points

Recent interactions between the hosts and their guests.

Truth Dies Without God
Q: What are your key takeaways from the President's trip to China this week?
Brownback highlights more than geopolitics, emphasizing humanitarian issues, lower tensions, and the importance of religious freedom as a strategic consideration in relations with China.
Americans Need Accountability. Are We Getting It?
Q: What is the current state of accountability in the Trump era, according to you and your guest?
The hosts and Mike Davis argue that accountability has been inconsistent and politically charged, with high-profile investigations and political prosecutions used as tools, and a belief that there is a need for proportional, rule-of-law based responses across administrations.
Defiant Left Doubles Down & the Case Against Birthright Citizenship
Q: Given the history you describe, do you believe the Supreme Court could or should overturn the conventional interpretation in the Barber case, and what would that entail?
Epstein argues that a correct reading of historical sources and statutory context could justify a shift away from the widely accepted understanding of birthright citizenship, potentially influencing the Court to reframe or narrow the interpretation of the 14th Amendment's jurisdiction clause in line with originalist scholarship.
Defiant Left Doubles Down & the Case Against Birthright Citizenship
Q: Professor, pardon me just for one second here, but I want to make sure the audience is on the same page as us. So, the relevant language here in section 1 of the 14th Amendment is 'subject to the jurisdiction thereof'. What exactly is the crux of the debate here?
Epstein explains that the phrase 'subject to the jurisdiction thereof' carries an Anglo tradition which, when read with the rest of the naturalization statutes, indicates that citizenship is earned and conditioned by allegiance and legal requirements, not simply by being present in the United States; thus birthright citizenship as an automatic status is not consistent with the original intent.
SPLC Indicted! Plus, Mollie Hemingway on Alito.
Q: What makes Alito a strong model for future judicial nominations?
The guest emphasizes Alito's consistency, originalist philosophy coupled with pragmatic application, and his ability to maintain coalition-building within a majority, which serves as a blueprint for selecting future justices.
