Dave and Steve started their food revolution with a desire to make fruit and veg sexy. Believing that is not about short term diet, but about a long term lifestyle change, their philosophy is that the food we consume makes a huge difference to our whole well-being and how we live our lives. Throughout this podcast series they will demystify the healthy living clutter and bring you on a journey through conversations with real changemakers that will unfold the secrets of good health for the mind, body and soul. more

This podcast hosts some fantastic guests with such intriguing insights and methods to hear and learn from. My one concern: the hosts, wonderfully enthusiastic as they are, do not hesitate to jump in and almost answer their own questions before the guest has been able to. This can result in guests having to rein the conversation back in, and course correct. Some won’t mind this, but I can find it very distracting. Well worth sticking with though for the excellent guests and topics!
Great podcast. Loved the Labmuffin episode.
Thanks for the amazing content
Great information and a lot of fun.
I’m grateful to call Steve and Dave friends and can attest that they are every bit as genuine and authentic as they come across on this podcast. I love the guests and the fun banter that their twin energies create. Good craic fellas. Big love
