I’m so happy I came across Brian’s podcast and his self improvement website ‘The Habits Habit’. Science, psychology and life coaching - all the ingredients I need to help me to achieve some goals and more importantly to create some good habits for life. The research is amazing and the findings are evidence based. Brian has done all the hard work, made it fun and relatable and his listeners get to reap the benefits!!
