This week is a story about my friend, Matt's beloved 1960 Gibson J-50 that was his grandfather's guitar. Needed some much deserved attention.
I tell what I've been doing during lockdown, how I was encouraged to do so and want to know what you all have been doing.
I did a Frankel-Tele build last summer so I'll tell about that. I posted a video this week as I changed out the original CTS speakers in my 1974 Vibrolux with Celestions. By request, I tell a few short Guitar Shop Stories.
This time I talk about band dynamics because of listener feedback. So I go down memory lane. Some good, some bad.

As a seasoned player of 25 years, I tip my cap to your approach and how simple you make the basics out to be. As it should be. Fun to listen to.
Ive listened since the beginning, always great to get a new show. Its a very unique podcast.
The lad who hosts it knows a lot about guitar and knows how to give other people that knowledge in a fun relaxed way
This is one of my favorite podcasts, and I hope they keep coming!
I enjoy the casual and informative conversation about his guitars and experiences. I'm fairly new to this podcast and have listened to several episodes - from what I've heard so far, I appreciate that he doesn't make sexist remarks. I wanted to specifically mention that in the review, because frankly, sexists remarks in any degree are just plain tiring. I think he understands that his audience isn't just men. Thanks Loren.
