Mr. Davis breaths life into these eerie stories. I highly recommend if you like anything remotely spooky. A cup of tea or coffee and this podcast make for the perfect afternoon.
There’s a trend some narrators follow of trying to sound totally conversational. Like they’re just a real person telling a real story instead of someone reading a story out loud. The problem with this is that the volume of speech is inconsistent. I listen with headphones. If I put the volume up enough to hear the quiet bits, the loud bits are way too loud. Whoever negatively rated this podcast did it maliciously. The stories are great. The background sound is great. His voice is great. The adverts are minimum and the volume is not overblown. It’s a little rough around the edges and its totally forgivable. This is my second listening to the stories. He will be checking out the YouTube channel too. Thank you.
