  • The episode with Dr Halowell was amazing

I’ve heard Dr. Halowell on many summits and I am familiar with his Ferrari Engine with bicycle brakes analogy but this podcast was really touching. My key takeaway was to enjoy your kids and that if you’re doing that then you’re doing it right. A lovely message isn’t it?
