  • Thought provoking and insightful

This episode was an insightful discussion focusing on introspection and open-minded analysis of the current state of ones self. The armor we put on to protect us vs. the benefits (and potential risks) we get from being vulnerable. The risks of “never being known” can be worse than jumping off and risking rejection to realize our confident, true selves. Nice job.
