I love the timbre of Starlee’s voice and her genuine demeanor. So much fun!
I miss this one.
What the world needs now, is Mystery Show. This program is the counterpoint to all of the forces of isolation in our lives at the moment, and an antidote to a mediascape increasingly dominated by true crime and big ego. It has been added to the “required listening” list for the high school media students I work with. If only Gimlet had understood and cultivated the cultural value here, Mystery Show could have certainly become a paradigm in audio storytelling. Bring it back!
I’ve always loved you on TAL. MYSTERY is brilliant.
