This is potentially the best free resource I have found and I recommend it to anyone that wants to consider how to get the most from their lives. Of course this should be everyone, but will it be you?
This is an important episode and from my years of work with children I have found this to be true. One child in a children’s home with diagnosed ADHD (apparently very bad) would play chess with me for hours and loved to make music. He would concentrate for hours on these things. His behaviour at other times was terrible. Given the right attention he was so much better. I have found this repeatedly.
