Hands down my favorite pod cast. I love the deliciously Stella Instagram account and the pod cast is a great extension of that. Bella is a great story teller and an all around hilarious person. This pod cast also seriously helped me with my disordered behavior around food.

Love this! Love the topics in each episode, often get strange looks from people if I'm listening whilst out walking because it has plenty of genuine laugh out loud moments, think I'm now locally know as 'that lady who walks around with earphones in and a stupid grin on her face'.
