Wonderful
I learn so much and have fun doing so! Your choice of stories is brilliant.
Times are changing and presenters (Suzi) who are obsessed with their own “identity” are commonplace and tedious. However, Josh is as personable and funny as ever.
I’ve never really listened/watched anything with Josh in before but omg he is hilarious. It’s really fun and interesting listening to stories from that era, it brings back so many memories and also lots of stuff I don’t know or I’d forgotten about. Keep up the good work. By far my favourite podcast 👌🏻
I like this podcast and it bowls along nicely when the guest is Tom but with Suzy Ruffell it becomes unlistenable for me. A good game to play is how long it takes her to confirm she’s a lesbian….generally well inside 10 minutes. Why does this matter? You’re either a personable host or not (spoiler alert: she’s isn’t) but her constant confirmation of her sexuality is tiresome. Maybe she’s playing this card so anyone who dislikes her presenting style can be called out.
