I heard about this show from Bring Your Own Mech (another lancer podcast by the very great DM Reed!). I think their rotating cast format is a really unique way to tell the full story of the universe while still having the excitement of being introduced to new player characters. I recommend this show a lot and if you’re on the fence you definitely should listen in!
Reed’s GM chops are superb as they weave dramatic vignettes with a rotating cast. Mix space-mystery intrigue with anime style BIG mech combat, and you have a show that is both legitimately interesting and just totally awesome. You’re going to love this podcast.
Excellent worldbuilding, delightfully personable cast, and amazing storytelling!! I adore the setup here and think it deserves so many more listens. The music choices add so much to the atmosphere too. It’s a wonderful and gripping ride and I look forward to hearing more.
So good!! Give this a listen if you have the chance. Shocked it doesn't have more reviews!
Reed is a great GM, and the show’s a blast! The sound design is fun and immersive, and it’s cool to hear a Lancer podcast. I started listening with the amnesia arc, which has an amazing hook, and an amazing unique way of character building. Really excited to hear more!
