The story isn’t bad, but I agree with other reviews - a professional actor would have made this so much better. An editor would have helped, also.
The potential is clear, it could have been really good.
Really enjoying the story — just finished season 2. Suspenseful and chilling in places, but thankfully not a horror-fest. The acting is solid, and the production is professional.
Excellent intrigue, a world I find myself wishing was never ending. The dialogue is well done, the writing is superb. But the narration is a tough listen - every word is expressed with that half-question/confused/stuttering explanation type intonation and quickly became hard to concentrate on the moment. Regardless, I’m sticking with it because it’s a good story. I’d love this as a book, to be honest.
This series had a very thoughtful and intriguing premise. The acting is superb and draws you in. I am on season 3 and am binge listening throughout my work week! I can’t wait for more from this production company.
This show had me hooked within five minutes and I started binge listening to all of them! Excellent production quality, fantastic voice actress and actor, eerie and engaging storyline that leaves you hanging and wanting more every episode. This is a stellar show. I will call it a show because podcast doesn’t do it justice. Solid work! Keep it up! And give me more!! Please!

Bunker 8 centers on a hardened ex-soldier assigned to a remote Antarctic military outpost to monitor enigmatic “assets” within impenetrable cells, all while a pervasive sense of secrecy and psychological tension grows. Narratives weave isolation, protocol-driven fear, and unfolding mysteries about the facility, the assets, and the true purpose of the bunkers. The show stands out for its serialized intrigue, atmosphere-heavy storytelling, and a devoted Patreon ecosystem that offers early access and bonus content for superfans.
