The story is absolutely fantastic. Think Minority Report meets Silo. Great mystery, great action and thrill… but Dean’s voice acting is unfortunately very difficult to listen to. He says everything like it’s a question and it’s very distracting from the story. The rest of the cast is really really good, especially the characters in season 4. And as much as I gripe about Dean I feel like he does get better over time. I’m excited for the next season.

Decent story line, Main character is a soft, whining emotional baby. Considering he’s supposed to be an x-special forces soldier. Lacks critical thinking and makes most his Choices based on his emotional response. As in dooming the world for his cyborg “girlfriends” freedom. Unfortunately there would be no story if he was like this, story make sense and is written.

I tried very hard to stick with this as it’s the kind of content I love. But man the voice work is pretty difficult to listen to. It’s very distracting and completely takes me out of the story.
I’ve managed to get to episode 4 of season one and had to call it. I’m honestly surprised with all the effort clearly put into this that they didn’t feel the need to really work on the acting. Most of it is pretty rough but the main character is perhaps the most difficult to listen to.
