The Confession is a podcast where the justice system itself is on trial.

At the centre of it all is Katia Pyliotis, accused of bludgeoning a man with a statue of the Virgin Mary. Four years of Katia’s life is spent behind bars, until the truth emerges because of a stroke of luck. When an item thought long lost is suddenly found and the spotlight is shifted from Katia to her accusers, the police. ... more

  • A Good Look At The Legal System

Excellent Podcast, well written. Binged the whole series while painting the house. Good company. There needs to be more accountability with investigations like this and you just wonder why some police and detectives just seem hell bent on a result rather than getting to the truth. Is there something else going on or are they just lazy?

    Anyway, a good listen. 👍

  • A Must-Listen - 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

A fascinating, and hugely disturbing case. Heartbreaking to listen to, and impossible to switch off. Shocking abuses of power laid bare. The Senior Judge is a very rare 🌟

I loved every second. Well, most of them. Those I didn’t were cringe-inducing. A fabulous show. Thank you so much from 🇬🇧.

  • A podcast that managed to put me on the side of the notoriously corrupt Victorian police.

Claims to be an impartial look at the justice system and not an examination of Katias guilt or innocence. Proceeds to pin the blame on a cognitively impaired dead woman, and accept Katias tearful performance without asking any questions about her ridiculous story.

Also, how exactly do Kardi B songs relate to the administration of justice in Australia?
