  • Interviews of people who do cool stuff

If you’re into the Circuit Python language for microcontrollers then these podcasts are a must listen. You’ll learn how ordinary people began their journeys from blinking an led to designing intricate projects in a short amount of time. It’s very inspiring to beginners to learn it’s not all electrical engineers doing this stuff, it’s regular people of all ages and backgrounds. With dedication and determination if they can do it so can you.

John Romkey
Q: How did you first get started with computers and electronics?
The guest talks about growing up near Radio Shack, getting a TRS-80, and experimenting with assembling and BASIC programming, which laid the foundation for his long career in hardware and software.
Noe Ruiz
Q: How did you first get into design for 3D printing?
Noe describes the MakerBot Replicator influencing him and his brother in 2012-2013, his move from simple Tinkercad models to more complex projects, and how that sparked a long-running interest in CAD workflows and design for 3D printing.
Noe Ruiz
Q: How did you first get started with computers and electronics?
Noe explains growing up with a Macintosh for creative work, which led to an interest in design and later to learning electronics through opportunities like the Makey Makey and early tinkering with 3D modeling.
Sam Blenny
Q: What drew you to contribute to Adafruit's Playground Guides and the Fruit Jam project?
I wanted to write about practical projects with the boards I had on hand, build up content with a limited parts budget, and explore how products like Fruit Jam could support more complex demonstrations such as USB hosting and MIDI projects.
Sam Blenny
Q: How did you first get started with computers and electronics?
I started in the 80s with family exposure to music and electronics, moved through early computers like the Atari 400 and TRS-80, and gradually built up experience that led to hands-on hardware projects and learning how to program in BASIC and beyond.
