The Black Ladder Podcast has been super boring pivotal to my growth in this season and with each episode I have learnt so much
And the host does a great job.
I really enjoy how intentional this podcast is in sharing honest journeys of Black people in their careers.
The diversity of roles that are interviewed make this podcast really interesting and there’s definitely something for everyone to gain out of it. I’ve even recommended to my younger brother who’s going through Uni. This is definitely needed for people across all career stages!
Also the host and production of the podcast is top quality! I highly recommend!
