It feels like anyone can set up as a coach, but this podcast explains what great coaching is, what it takes, and the effect it can have. jo and zoe the hosts speak plainly, without jargon and fancy terminology. They are so knowledgable and love what they do. I love listening to podcasts and as a coach it has helped me reflect on my style, focus and capability and deepen my knowledge
A one-stop shop for all things coaching. Jo and Zoe cover every topic under the sun and they make the subject so accessible. It doesn’t matter if you’ve never done a day’s coach training before. But it certainly inspires one to dip one’s toe in! And for those already coaching there are topics such as branding, team coaching, accreditation etc.
I’ve been undertaking a course to train as a coach to support my work and have found the academic side stimulating but at times, overwhelming.
