  • THIS IS NOT COUNSELING

This guy has no credibility. He is not trauma informed in the slightest. Nothing about this is counseling he says it in the disclaimer it’s for entertainment purposes only. That’s so great how people’s real life childhood trauma and lifelong struggles now served up as entertainment…got it.

  • Wonderful help

I’m a disabled veteran, married to my highschool sweetheart, who cheated on me twice, once before our marriage, and a period after… just found out last thanksgiving. Found out that I’m a people pleaser and never thought that possible, as I was an 11b Infantryman. Never had an issue standing my ground, except with my marriage. Talking Points

Recent interactions between the hosts and their guests.

Q&A: Self-Sabotage, Narc Parents, and More
Q: What should I do about talks with kids after separation about dating and alone time?
Start by prioritizing your children's healing—have therapists involved, delay introducing new partners to them for at least a year or two, encourage journaling for older kids, and focus on listening more than talking while setting clear boundaries about personal dating life to avoid overwhelming them.
Q&A: Self-Sabotage, Narc Parents, and More
Q: How do you start the journaling process?
Begin with the first negative thought or incident, write the full story of what happened, then write the feelings and reasons behind it, and finally ask why to uncover underlying beliefs; use prompts from the host's books to deepen the practice.
Q&A: Self-Sabotage, Narc Parents, and More
Q: How do I let go of a narcissistic father who is like my ex?
Acknowledge that the father's behavior is not about you, set firm boundaries or end the relationship, and work through unfinished emotions by writing long, unsent love/anger letters to express what you needed and then releasing them; healing comes from reclaiming your worth and autonomy.
Q&A: Self-Sabotage, Narc Parents, and More
Q: What are your thoughts on growing up with 10 plus siblings?
Growing up with many siblings can create competition for love and attention, but it also builds resilience; the key is recognizing the adaptive survival strategies developed and choosing healthier ways to seek positive attention and connection while acknowledging each child's unique needs.
Q&A: Self-Sabotage, Narc Parents, and More
Q: how do I conquer my fear?
Identify the fear's origin by asking what would happen if you failed, then trace back to its root in childhood experiences and beliefs, starting with the most present or smallest trigger if needed, and then journaling through those memories to begin processing.
