  • THIS IS NOT COUNSELING

This guy has no credibility. He is not trauma informed in the slightest. Nothing about this is counseling he says it in the disclaimer it’s for entertainment purposes only. That’s so great how people’s real life childhood trauma and lifelong struggles now served up as entertainment…got it.

Q&A: Stay For the Kids? and More
Q: How should someone respond to a spouse who abuses them and dies?
Heal by fully feeling the powerful emotions—rage, fear, sadness, gratitude—through journaling and writing letters to the person, letting the process be intimate and comprehensive, and then move toward healing and lighter feelings over time.
Q&A: Stay For the Kids? and More
Q: What signs indicate you've taken your power back too far?
There is no invisible line; the answer lies in whether you're living authentically and healing the fear and pain that drive extreme behaviors. If you're rooted in your authentic self, you won't cross into extreme taking.
Q&A: Healing, Finding "Me," and More
Q: How can you tell if someone is healing or faking it to get you back?
Ask whether they have done the deep work to heal themselves; if you haven't changed yet yourself, you'll be more susceptible to manipulation, but true healing changes your perception and boundaries.
Q&A: Healing, Finding "Me," and More
Q: How do I learn to trust again after betrayal?
Start by journaling out all your feelings and fears, then assess whether you've done the deep healing; true trust comes from your own healed state, not from the other person's promises.
Q&A: Dating, Authenticity, and More
Q: Have you cheated?
The host acknowledges personal experiences with cheating to illustrate broader patterns, emphasizes understanding underlying fears and self-worth, and uses journaling and honest conversation to work through past actions rather than sensationalize them.
