I have been struggling my whole life. I have real issues with both of my parents, I got off the phone with my mom who is in severe denial and searched up denial on podcasts so I could understand. The generational denial episode came up… I’ve been binge listening ever since. Bought the book and and hoping to change my mental state and be the best I can be for my kids. I relate to almost every episode in one way or another. What wisdom you have Sven, thank you!!
My life is not so simple. I personally have no desire to receive hand me outs. I am not OK !!!! Love your words James Dean
