I just listened to the episodes with Dr. Ann Burgess who has had a legendary career in understanding criminal behavior and was integral in forming the FBI Behavior Analysis Unit. I believe EVERY woman needs to listen to these a couple of times. What she teaches is invaluable and is not common sense, but once you hear it, you know it to be true. I hardly ever listen to this podcast but it popped up for me probably because I am a fan of Dr Nicole LePera’s work. I enjoyed this episode and came away with inspiring reminders. Lisa please consider episode 2 and would be lovely to learn more about both of your journeys with digestive health. Many of us struggle (some do and not even aware that it’s not normal to have certain symptoms) and it’s a huge component of overall well being mentally and physically.
