It was sad and hilarious to listen to the Dr. Means episode where she discussed the heath harm and corporate created addiction of ultra-processed foods, then the show cut to an ad for Velveeta cheese. I think it’s important to be mindful about what ads you choose to support and ensure that they align with the messaging you’re sharing.
Thank you for the quality and the tone!

OMG. I just listened to your latest podcast with CIA Spy, Andrew Bustamante. So interesting how he is trained to decipher body language and its meaning. I was very fascinated by his theories and curious how he trained and the extensive amount of information he’s absorbed. Now I know what I want study - at 60 years old 😂. I would love to hear more episodes like this. Love your show.

Love the show…just to make you aware you have an advert that has not been edited, that I hear on every ep. So can hear you saying “that doesn’t read right…let me do that again” etc 😅
I love your podcast & your energy!
I would love, if you‘d talk about a situation when a person (a man) disrespects you at work. When you have more experience and he does what he wants takes so much room, that it seems he is the better worker.
