This show used to make sense up until Matt left. Now it’s all over the place. I find Steve really annoying. He constantly talks over the female co host and makes sexually inappropriate comments. A real turn off. 🤢
I really love tuning into you guys, we’re all on the same page when it comes to this stuff and it’s so refreshing to virtually hang out as you cut through the murkiness and give clear science based opinions. Please keep it up.

Usually good, but their 10/3/22 episode was disappointing. Very surprised how wrong they are on IV Vitamin C. Also, VERY wrong about iodine. We don't use a tsp of iodine a year. We use a tsp of thyroid hormone per year. Our diet does NOT have a lot of iodine and our bodies go through it every day. Refer for David Brownstein who has DECADES of scientific research on this. And STILL testing for Covid in 2024?! Sick? Stay home. It changes nothing about you treat it. So dumb.
I have learnt more about my health in the 6 months that I’ve been listening to ATP project podcast than I have in my 42 years of life! My family is so much healthier as a result and I enjoy listening to every episode.. many little gems of information in every episode. Thank you team ATP!
