Recent interactions between the hosts and their guests.

ATL263: Why General AI Is Unsuitable For Tax Research
Q: Kash, three years ago we were talking about prompting. What do you think the future looks like, and what will agents handle in the near future that people might not expect?
The future is hard to predict, but the trend is toward agents and MCPs handling end-to-end workflows with humans in the loop; professionals who master these tools will gain massive productivity and be able to shift from solely compliance to advisory services.
ATL254: Decision Intelligence with Eric Eager
Q: What is Decision Intelligence and how does it differ from AI as you see it?
Eric explains that Decision Intelligence combines AI, data science, BI, and human expertise to produce deterministic, auditable decisions with continuous learning, unlike traditional probabilistic AI which can yield varying results.
ATL265 - Scaling New Heights 2026- "Strange New World"
Q: What is the role of education in preparing firms for AI adoption?
Education is essential and should be an ongoing, substantial effort; many attendees already dedicate significant time to training and change management to adapt to AI, governance, and new workflows.
ATL265 - Scaling New Heights 2026- "Strange New World"
Q: How should firms approach AI governance and privacy when deploying AI tools in client work?
The hosts stress building a comprehensive governance framework with policies that address data handling, sub-processors, and privacy regulations, and to recognize that ULAs often reference sub-processor agreements, which can complicate data access and training uses.
