  • Coaching encouragement

Biblical truths are spoken to coach listeners through complex circumstances as applies to personal discipleship. Aaron is a great coach and the guest speakers are insightful. The glue that holds the coaching sessions together is Landon. He does magnificent job of asking questions that listeners may have and wrangles the discussion back on topic. Well worth the effort.

Don't Waste the Waiting
Q: What do you do in a season of waiting and pressure?
Stay curious with God, cultivate a growth mindset, embrace brokenness, bring your best, and minister to others from the overflow, using those five steps as practical guardrails.
What Happens When the Church Stops Apologizing for the Bible | With Scott Nickell
Q: What does biblical worldview mean in practice for your church and families?
Biblical worldview means seeing and loving the world as Jesus does, using Bible language, equipping people to recognize lies, and encouraging active engagement with Scripture rather than relying on external cultural cues.
What Happens When the Church Stops Apologizing for the Bible | With Scott Nickell
Q: How has your approach to preaching changed as you've taken on the lead pastor role?
The shift is toward greater clarity and directness, anchoring preaching in the whole counsel of God and avoiding vague terminology. It's about equipping the saints and giving people confidence to engage with Scripture themselves, not just presenting topics.
The Power of Rest and Hospitality | With David Nasser
Q: How does hospitality influence gospel conversations?
Hospitality creates a welcoming context that lowers defenses and opens people to hear the gospel; it's not just about hosting events but about embodying kindness, serving guests well, and building relationships that can lead to faith conversations over time.
The Power of Rest and Hospitality | With David Nasser
Q: What is a sabbatical and why is it important for ministry?
A sabbatical is a extended break designed for replenishment of pastors' spiritual health, to prevent burnout, and to come back renewed to lead the church more effectively. It's planned in advance, with spiritual and practical components, and aims to sustain ministry over decades rather than just days.
