So many podcasts have such a tight focus it's nice to listen to a show that covers basically all the areas of interest! You never know what you're in for, but it's never not relevant!
This show dives into so many topics I love that it's hard to focus on one and the hosts are (unsurprisingly) nerdy, fun and relatable.
absolutely amazing podcast! :)
I would deff recommend this podcast to anyone who is interested anything having to do with nerd culture. These guys can always keep you interested on any topic!
This Podcast is awesome if you into nerd culture! You never know what you're going to hear but its always guaranteed to be great! From the amazing topics to the awesome rants! Everyone does a great job always keeping each episode funny and great.
Stan, Andy, and Chris has excellent chemistry together. The three exchange hosting duties from week to week and cover a broad spectrum of nerd curture from video games to comic books to anime to movies and TV shows, and then some. I'm not a big comic reader, but listening to them discuss recent pick-ups has made me seriously want to grab a few and check them out. They've also got a fun Facebook group where they constantly share amusing images and host the occasional contest, as well as engage th... more
What's up Pals!!! SNP is an awesome podcast. I'm particularly excited about the Anime is Weird episodes, being a lover of anime. I found out about this podcast from seeing Stan post about it on social media. Each host brings something special to the podcast. Chris with his unbridled enthusiasm, Andy with his Pokemon mastery and Stan with his epic rantiness. Seriously he has some of the funniest rants, my favorite being his Mewtwo rant in SNP 41. Seriously it's a great podcast, without it I would... more
Entertaining, topical (for nerd stuff), solid sound quality for the most part. Runs a bit long, but definitely worth a listen. :)
You sayin' Mega Man ain't cute?? You sayin' he ain't a cute little man??
While there are obvious places these guys can improve (sound quality, general tightness of content), a bit of unpolished authenticity is to be expected from a podcast just finding its legs. Stan, Andy, and Chris (and the occasional guest star) manage to be knowledgeable about their content without being dogmatic. They cover a wide range of news from the nerd scene, so even if you’re not a particularly avid comics reader or if you don’t really play console games the podcast is accessible and migh... more
I came across these guys when Stan followed me on Twitter one day, I'm guessing from Kinda Funny judging by his Diamond Dachshund t shirt.
The audio quality is a little shotty, but I'm thinking that's because they're a relatively new podcast and don't have $6k+ to throw toward equipment. It's nothing to fuss about but I'm a stickler when it comes to that.
Anyway, these guys talk about what's relevant in the nerdy world. It's not necessarily a breakthrough newscast, but it's like the podcast ... more
