为什么是五个，因为本期有一条音轨由神秘嘉宾负责吐槽，金句频出笑料不断，她插话仿佛浑然天成，毒舌自成一派，而且似乎是我们当中最爱说长沙话的，给本频道带来了一丝老家过年的气息。
我们交流了一下新年的新气象，虽然说有点周而复始，到点了必须要做的意思，但我们能凭借每个人每一年的自我更新，把老套路的话题聊出新东西，这应该也算是塑料调频的新年新气象吧！

在立春之时过年之前，人们总在这个时期选择回头看，选择总结和梳理，我们也不例外地回头整理了自己对于人生阶段的理解，那些我们不想回到的节点和那些塑造了今天的我们的当下。
为什么我们在人生的不同阶段都会给自己设定一个看不见的闹钟，不管是所谓的生理时钟，还是什么阶段该干什么事的“定时炸弹”。
但当闹钟响起炸弹爆掉之后，我们哪没有按部就班的完成所谓的人生计划，似乎也没带来什么遗憾？因为我们又踏上了新的路，遇见了新的人，成为了另一条路径上的自己。
