Talking Points

Recent interactions between the hosts and their guests.

Episode 4: Interview with Viditya Voleti
Q: What was your goal with creating A Land Once Magic, and what do you hope people get out of playing it?
The goal was to create a compositional world builder that's easy to pick up and use with friends in casual settings, to inspire play, storytelling, and possibly prompt designers to build new games from the worlds people imagine together.
Episode 4: Interview with Viditya Voleti
Q: How would you describe A Land Once Magic and any other games that you have?
A Land Once Magic is a post-fantasy, conversational world builder where drawing cards and answering prompts creates a unique fantasy world with its own magic system and evolving lore; other games include Bloodbeam Badlands and Space Goblins, which broaden the world-building and genre scope of my work.
Episode 4: Interview with Viditya Voleti
Q: Would you like to introduce yourself and tell people where they can find you?
I'm Viditya Voleti, a Brooklyn-based game designer and educator; you can find me online at my name and at vidityavoleti.itch.io, and A Land Once Magic is published by More Blueberries.
